The staff was friendly and helpful. The room amenities were clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was within walking distance of many shops and restaurants, which was a plus.

The hotel lacked basic facilities like air conditioning and foreign currency exchange. This made our stay very uncomfortable and inconvenient.

We loved the location of the hotel as it was very close to the cable car and also near the airport. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially a lady named Mrs. Yan Lang who gave us great recommendations for places to visit. The hotel was also very clean and had good facilities for guests. The breakfast served here was delicious and had a variety of options.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that were fulfilled beyond our expectations. the Spa & wellness center was a serene sanctuary with skilled therapists, taking utmost care of us. the Swimming pool and the Night club were top-notch and provided entertainment like never before. the Restaurant served delicious meals with Special diet menus, catering to our dietary requirements.

The only minor issue was the lack of entertainment options, such as Karaoke. this was compensated by the excellent service and room advantages exclusive to this hotel.

The hotel offered a good variety of amenities and the location was convenient for exploring the area. the room was spacious and comfortable. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.

The language barrier was a major issue - it was difficult to communicate with the staff as English was not spoken fluently. cleanliness left a lot to be desired - the room was not very clean and some areas were in need of maintenance.
